Program Overview (2025–2026)
This FREE program is open to community members and designed to foster learning, collaboration, and professional development. Through interactive workshops, team breakouts, and constructive, skill-building discussions, participants will gain access to valuable resources while helping elevate rural voices, strengthen local leadership, and support the revitalization of rural economies.
Virtual Workshops
Enhance your capacity to undertake collaborative and impactful economic development initiatives and provide strong ongoing support to your local small business entrepreneurs.
The program is inclusive and collaborative, welcoming multiple participants from the same community. To ensure a positive and productive environment, discussions remain focused on professional growth and avoid political rhetoric.
Participants are expected to complete brief homework assignments (approximately 2–8 hours per month) and provide feedback through short online surveys. CEDA has committed to active participation throughout the program, including workshops and team collaboration.
In partnership with RDI, Satterberg Foundation, Idaho Main Street, The Ford Family Foundation, Main Street America Coordinating Program – Oregon Main Street, and Pacific Power.
