We are happy to announce that the 2025 Pioneer Days Parade is happening on Saturday, July 5, 2025, at 10:00AM in Downtown Cle Elum. Please fill out the form below if you are interested in participating in our annual parade. | Parade Theme: Founded 1902 | Parade Schedule: 10:00AM-12:00PM - Registration & Lineup Begins at 8:00AM - Judging (during parade line up) from 9:00 - 9:30AM - Parade Starts promptly at 10:00AM Parade Route: - Parade Check will be at Railroad and Pennsylvania Avenue - Line-up along Railroad Avenue heading East - Parade starts at Peoh Avenue heading West - Parade ends at Pennsylvania Avenue Please Remember: *No throwing of candy *If you have animals, you must have your own clean-up crew for each individual animal(s) If you have any questions please contact Executive Director, Jordan Peterson at [email protected] or by calling our office at (509)-433-7330.

I, and those involved with my entry, hereby release the City of Cle Elum and the Cle Elum Downtown Association from all claims for damages arising from injury to my person, property, or livestock in connection with the above event. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Parade and conduct myself accordingly. I acknowledge that I am participating in a parade that requires safe equipment, floats, or livestock. I will not engage in any actions that pose a substantial risk to any participant or spectator and take full responsibility for those involved in my entry. Additionally, I agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless, and release the City of Cle Elum and the Cle Elum Downtown Association from all claims or responsibilities in the event of injury, including any injury that I may cause to any spectator. I further agree that the City of Cle Elum and the Cle Elum Downtown Association are not liable for any injury to me or any injury I may cause, nor for any incidents that occur should I choose to distribute any type of material from the parade route.
