Photography and Video Production Services
The Cle Elum Downtown Association (CEDA) seeks a Photograph / Videographer(s) to capture high-quality photography and B roll video (HD/4K), taken in Historic Downtown Cle Elum focusing on small business in our district, must be completed by June 27th, 2022. Photographs and footage will be used to build our visual libraries and to tell the CEDA story, and used as a tool in our marketing efforts, website, digital advertising, printed media, and social media promotion.
CEDA proposes to retain at least one highly qualified contractor that is capable of filming and photographing, various Historic Downtown businesses, tourism activities, retail spaces, downtown events, and restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and hospitality, and recreational/outdoor activities.
RFQ Application Deadline – May 9, 2022
Deadline for Project Completion – June 27, 2022
Contracted Videographer(s) will capture high-quality photography and B roll video (HD/4K), taken in the Historic Downtown Cle Elum May- June 2022. Ideal candidates will have professional event, commercial, and outdoor recreation experience. Shots may contain individuals encountered in the designated public spaces. Acquiring shots may require moderate to difficult physical excursion for certain designated recreational/ outdoor subjects. The B roll will utilize natural/no sound to properly showcase the beauty and energy of our Historic Downtown.
Interested parties should submit proposals that include:
- Cover Letter or Letter of Interest – not to exceed more than one page.
- Resume – Please include links to a strong portfolio or 3 exceptional works that reflect applicant’s best work.
- Fees – Outline daily or hourly rates/ fees. Please list any cost savings and/or added value proposals offered.
- Personal/ Professional References – A minimum of one reference is required.
CEDA reserves the right to award a contract based solely upon the submitted requirements/information listed above. CEDA may also choose to request additional information, including conducting interviews to answer any questions that may arise in conjunction with the written and submitted responses to this RFQ.
CEDA is a 501 c3 non-profit organization. It is understood that RFQ responses may contain confidential information relating to a previous client’s strategies, goals, and results. CEDA will act in good faith to retain confidentiality of submitted materials, however, CEDA cannot guarantee confidentiality of materials received.
Materials developed and produced by contractor toward CEDA campaigns scope of work is directly owned by CEDA. Contractor may not be re-licensed, repurposed, or republished materials without prior expressed written consent by CEDA staff.

Cost for Preparation of Proposals
CEDA is not responsible, under any circumstances, for any costs incurred as the result of the preparation or submission of the respondent’s proposals.
CEDA encourages minority and women-owned businesses/ contractors to submit proposals in response to this RFQ. Washington-based entities are strongly preferred.
